Each year in August, the DAANJ sponsors a workshop for new and inexperienced Directors of Athletics at the NJSIAA Office in Robbinsville
Topics include time management, mental health, relationships, mentoring, dealing with difficult parents, evaluations, and budgeting, among other related topics. These topics are presented by current athletic administrators with years of experience.
